About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ESR Administrator to join our People Information Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the maintenance of our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Workforce Information Manager in the maintenance of ESR, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Liaise with other departments, including Payroll, Recruitment, and Directorate Managers, to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day work processes of junior staff, including induction training and dealing with complex queries.
  • Plan, manage, collate, and input information to ESR in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Organize own work schedule to meet weekly and monthly deadlines.
