About the Role

We're seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a GrandFlex Nursery Practitioner, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our children, while also supporting the needs of our parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive practice role model to ensure that Grandir UK values are maintained
  • Ensure that equality of access and opportunity is afforded to all staff, parents, and children
  • Supervise and support children at all times
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Ensure that any changes to policies, procedures, and operational practices are adhered to within the required timescale
  • Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation stage
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues
  • Ensure confidentiality, where appropriate, is maintained
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required

Requirements

We're looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about providing high-quality care and education to our children. You'll need to have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care, as well as experience working in a nursery setting.
