About the Role

At our Heathrow facility, we are expanding our team, currently comprising around 450 members. We specialize in producing both chilled and hot ready-to-eat products, including salads, sandwiches, wraps, protein pots, and snacks, alongside ready meals and side dishes for some of the UK's largest retailers.

We are seeking an engineer with a background in maintenance engineering within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fault diagnosis, problem resolution, and both planned and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to optimize reliability and performance.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and protocols to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and safely.
  • Work on a 4 on / 4 off day and night shift pattern.

Qualifications
  • A relevant engineering qualification obtained through an apprenticeship, accredited college, or university.
  • Experience in a maintenance engineering role within food or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous but not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in both electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis.
