Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Child Psychology Graduate. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Educational Psychology and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children aged 5-11.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis in a supportive and inclusive primary school environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and inclusive education for all students.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Educational Psychology and its application in a primary school setting.
  • Experience working with children with SEND, either in or out of school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
