Cloud Solutions Manager - Microsoft365 / Cloud - Homebased - £45,000 - £60,000 + comms (£65-85k OTE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 20 key customer clients, providing technical guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and providing expert advice on cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
  • Lead technical experts in exploring solutions to business challenges, driving innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior-level IT management and leadership within a cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to inspire and lead technical teams, driving innovation and growth.

What We Offer:
