We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Family Support Worker to join our Families Focus Team. As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering targeted support to vulnerable children and their families to achieve better outcomes and reduce the need for higher level support and long-term demand for services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct work to children & young people with profound/multiple learning disabilities and additional care/health needs.
- Co-ordinate and deliver interventions using a solution-focused approach by building supportive and empowering relationships with families.
- Engage children and young people through a range of communication tools/resources, creative and innovative strategies, in line with partner agencies and organisations.
We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people, families, and communities to deliver a wide range of interventions. Experience of working with multi-agency assessments and plans is also a must. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £34,834-£38,223 per annum pro rata, subject to experience.
