As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process, ensuring their requirements are met, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on kitchen and bathroom products, including design, functionality, and style.
- Work closely with customers to create personalized design solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to provide the best possible solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or design role, preferably in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, including design, functionality, and style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in design software, such as 20-20 Fusion planning software.
