About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at SRS Recruitment Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager - HVAC Solutions, you will be responsible for promoting our client's off-the-shelf and bespoke HVAC product offerings to end-users, consultants, and contractors in the construction, building services, and HVAC industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote the company's HVAC product offerings to end-users, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the HVAC industry, including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Generate sales leads and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to order placement.
  • Work closely with the estimating, design, and engineering teams to select and cost products using the company's bespoke software package.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and prices with customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Engineering knowledge to HND or degree level (ideal but not essential).
  • A proven track record and sound technical understanding of chillers and closely aligned solutions, including air movement, cooling, heating, and heat pumps.
  • 5 years' track record in a solutions sales or application-type sales role.
  • Passion for business development and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Contacts and existing relationships with key consultants, HVAC specifiers, HVAC contractors, and end-users that would potentially be transferable.
  • A proven track record of generating sales in excess of £1m at strong profit margins.
  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to work with different groups within the company's organisation and through the engineering consultancies to design engineered/applied solutions.
