- Utilise the company's CRM system to meticulously record all client interactions and activities.
- Participate in ongoing training programmes designed to enhance your understanding of financial products and improve your sales skills.
- Recent graduate in any discipline; no previous experience required.
- A keen interest in financial markets and a desire to learn more about wealth management.
- A proactive approach and eagerness to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to ethical standards.
- Make a minimum of 100 calls daily.
- Ensure a daily call duration of no less than 1 hour.
- Secure at least 10 client meetings per week, with a minimum of 2 per day.
- Maintain a meeting attendance rate of 50% or higher.
- This role is offered on a consultancy basis through a service company.
- An incentive of 10% commission on the net revenue generated by the Senior Broker you are paired with.
