We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Learning Disability Crisis Response Team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement effective operational systems and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with other senior nurses and stakeholders to promote the role of specialist nursing and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure that staff are trained and competent to deliver high-quality care, and provide supervision and mentorship as needed.
- Work closely with the team to identify and address areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Significant experience in clinical leadership and management, preferably in a learning disability or mental health setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality improvement, and service development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
