About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized clinical care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient-centered and clinically effective care.
  • Contribute to the development of the Critical Care team, participating in quality improvement initiatives and education programs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care, including internal rotation of shifts and working at multiple sites.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse Adult Branch
  • Current experience of working in an acute hospital setting
  • Evidence of current/continuing professional development
  • Willingness to work towards achievement of Critical Care qualification
