Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care to our clients and promoting their well-being, choice, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in care provision.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
