As a newly qualified ACCA or ACA accountant, you will join the Accountancy Services team at Hays Senior Finance, a well-renowned accountancy practice based in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing management and statutory accounts
- Completing VAT returns and bookkeeping duties
- Supporting the Manager and Director of Accountancy Services to train and review junior staff
- Providing exceptional client service and taking ownership of work
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience within an accountancy practice and be confident in dealing with client queries and taking ownership of work. You must also have experience with accounts software such as Xero, Sage, or Quickbooks.
What You'll Get in ReturnIn return, you will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £38,000 to £41,000, a bonus holiday scheme, company and social events, and your birthday off. You will work in nice offices in Manchester City Centre and have hybrid and flexible working arrangements available for you.
