CloudPay UK Payroll and Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate UK Payroll and Implementation Specialist to join our successful in-house Implementation team at CloudPay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and master all aspects of UK Implementation and Payroll
  • Process multiple Payroll and Implementations on behalf of clients accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Provide exceptional support to clients on all payroll-related matters, including acting as a backup for holidays or emergencies
  • Maintain payroll information and records on the CloudPay payroll application
  • Research and resolve discrepancies in payroll information and documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
  • Prepare reports, tax filings, correspondence, and other written materials for compliance with statutory UK authorities
Requirements:
  • 5 GCSEs minimum, equivalent to A – C including Maths and English
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Excellent time management, administration skills, and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to share information and interact positively with others
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
