About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at SeaSpace. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of our facilities to ensure they are presented in a clean and tidy manner.
  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, including health and safety regulations.
