Role Overview:

The Lead Procurement Analyst will collaborate with the organization to facilitate comprehensive procurement initiatives, assisting the Procurement Manager. This role emphasizes Supplier Management and IT Procurement, ensuring that all vendor interactions adhere to the company's standards and due diligence protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to procurement procedures within the IT division, applying all necessary governance and diligence during supplier evaluations and onboarding.
  • Provide support to various business units, IT teams, and project groups in supplier engagement and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with supplier relationship managers to offer guidance and support in ongoing supplier management activities.
  • Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, IT Security, and Finance departments to guarantee thorough vetting of new suppliers prior to onboarding.
  • Manage the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signing process before initiating discussions.
  • Assist in overseeing the corporate software licensing portfolio.
  • Evaluate proposals and Statements of Work to ensure alignment with organizational expectations.
