Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Secondary English Educator to join our team at a well-regarded educational institution. This role involves a full-time commitment, where you will engage with students across key stages 3 and 4.


Role Responsibilities

As an English Educator, you will:

  • Integrate fully into the department and school culture.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to school events.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), PGCE, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a UK educational setting.
  • Current safeguarding training completed within the last year (training can be provided).
  • Recent Prevent awareness training (training can be provided).
  • Updated training in behaviour management and FGM.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to obtain a new one.
