Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload effectively, overseeing all phases of the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, registration, and file closure.
  • Engage with clients and third parties, maintaining precise file documentation and executing tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include drafting essential legal documents such as Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Exchange and Completion letters, and various forms for Land Registry and HMRC.
  • Conduct Precompletion, Land Registry, and Conveyancing searches with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring all necessary documentation and funds are prepared for exchange and completion.
  • Handle Post Completion tasks, which involve preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry, managing Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions, closing files, and verifying account ledgers.

  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently or collaboratively within a team are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Case Management Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is advantageous but not mandatory.
