Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Analyst to join our team at RHL. This role is essential for managing the procurement process and ensuring the acquisition of high-quality goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance supplier performance to ensure optimal purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with a team of Buyers and an Analyst to streamline procurement processes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across various business sectors, including engineering and logistics.
  • Analyze financial documents, pricing proposals, and technical data to inform purchasing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in procurement activities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Finance, or a related field. A strong proficiency in Excel is essential due to the need to navigate multiple supplier portals and systems.

Working Environment

This position operates within a structured schedule, with core hours from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday, and until 12:30 on Fridays. The successful candidate will utilize Microsoft Office, Visio, and various purchasing systems to fulfill their responsibilities.

Compensation

The role offers a competitive hourly rate, with PAYE arrangements in place.
