About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a key member of our Family Assessment Centre, you will play a vital role in conducting high-quality and child-centred assessments, supporting families experiencing complex difficulties, and promoting positive outcomes for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive and evidence-based assessments of children and families
  • Develop and implement effective support plans to promote positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England
  • Experience of working with children and families in a social care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and social theory
