We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at Leonardo. As a key member of our Configuration Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our documentation and hardware processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management
    • Review and validate documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines
    • Manage new documentation approvals and process updates to existing documentation
    • Control and distribute internal and external documentation
  • Hardware Management
    • Manage Problem Reports from inception to resolution
    • Coordinate Trial Modifications for investigations
    • Oversee Change Requests processing
    • Collate Change Impact assessments
    • Support Change Initiators and Technical Review Boards
    • Lead Configuration Review Boards
    • Determine Change Classification
    • Implement design and product changes
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
    • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of experience in Configuration Engineering or Manufacturing
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Problem-solving abilities
