Job Title: Night Receptionist/GSR

Cycas Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Receptionist/GSR to join our team at Staybridge Suites, Liverpool. As a Night Receptionist/GSR, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel, including night audit, security checks, and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to company regulations and procedures.
  • Perform night audit, including completing all audit and statistical information requirements for the hotel.
  • Conduct security checks, including fire and safety checks, and ensure the security of hotel guests and hotel property.
  • Check guests in and out, assist with luggage, and serve food and liquor to company standards.
  • Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
  • Operate the hotel switchboard, deal with internal and external calls, and order and deliver guest newspapers.
  • Action early morning calls, prepare room service orders, and clean areas as requested.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work between 11pm and 7am, with a flexible approach to nights worked, including weekends.
  • Desire and ability to learn, with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work alone and multi-task.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a customer-focused and can-do attitude.
  • Understanding of hotel and company standards, products, and services.
