Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Workplace Leadership Team as a Global Space Strategy and Move Manager. This role will be based onsite in Cambridge and will provide on-site support for the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically managing our global office footprint, providing knowledge on leading operational space occupancy, and helping to build a universal design plan for our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Space Management & Forecasting
    • Develop and implement guidelines for space allocation and workspace planning, aligned to Arm's culture and ways of working.
    • Build strong connections with internal stakeholders to review space and occupancy, identify issues and risks, and develop dynamic solutions to mitigate these.
    • Engage with internal colleagues to forecast impacts on space needs, through growth, relocation, contraction, and ensure appropriate lead time for any new offices, expansions, or relocations.
    • Monitor industry trends and identify standard processes and shared learning to ensure we enable maximum value and engagement from our colleagues.
    • Build expertise with our space management tool to own and resolve global issues, providing data and expert insights on space types, use, and allocation.
  • Space Planning and Design
    • Develop a universal design plan for our offices, taking into account Arm's culture and ways of working.
    • Work with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective workspace solutions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering customers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on space management and occupancy trends.
