The interior boasts an open-plan trading space with seating for 80 patrons. We have invested significantly in maintaining high standards in restroom facilities and a spacious wrap-around bar. Sports fans appreciate the numerous TV screens, ensuring they can catch every game. Additionally, we have secured permission for another year of outdoor operations, allowing you to host guests in style.
Strategically located, Penrith serves as the heart of Cumbria. It is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Keswick and 30 minutes from Carlisle, placing you at the center of activity. Nearby attractions such as Lowther Deer Park and Penrith Centre Parks draw both tourists and locals. The easy access via the M6 motorway and A66 guarantees a consistent influx of customers.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek an individual who understands the pub industry, the market dynamics, and the local landscape. Your catering expertise will be invaluable in our kitchen. While recruiting chefs can be challenging in this area, your experience will help overcome these hurdles. With solid financial support, you will oversee this impressive operation, which generates approximately £15k weekly, rising to £20k during peak tourist periods.

Our Flexible Tenancy agreement provides a reassuring approach to managing your own pub business for a term of up to 5 years, with a flexible notice period. We also offer adaptable pricing structures and release fees.
