We are looking for individuals who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. While previous experience is not essential, we require a full and valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and the right to work in the UK. You must also be available to work every other weekend.
Why Choose Bluebird Care?We offer a competitive rate of £12.50 per hour, increasing to £18.75 per hour on bank holidays. We also provide a 45p mileage allowance, travel time at £12.00 per hour, and 28 days' holiday pro rata. In addition, you will receive a £200 bonus on completion of your probation period, full training induction, and a 12-week mentor. We also offer ongoing training and support, flexible working, a pension scheme, and a range of other benefits.
