About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth through client relationship management and new business opportunities. As an Advertising Account Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, conducting regular client meetings, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and introduce new offers and brands
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets
- Perform market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance to ensure targets are met
- Minimum of two years in a client-facing account manager role, ideally from an FMCG / beauty / pharmaceutical background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
