About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network solutions to support our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust and scalable network solutions to meet the organization's requirements.
  • Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Cisco Networking: Configure and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • BGP and SDN: Implement and manage BGP routing protocols and Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions.
  • Linux Administration: Maintain and administer Linux servers and network services.
  • Firewall Management: Configure and manage Palo Alto (or similar) firewalls for robust security measures.
  • Telephony Support: Support and manage Cisco and Teams telephony systems.
Requirements
  • Cisco Certification: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (CCNP or CCIE certification required).
  • Switching and Routing: Strong expertise in switching and routing protocols, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • BGP and SDN: In-depth understanding and practical experience with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and Software Defined Networking (SDN) solutions.
  • Linux Administration: Strong skills in Linux administration and network services.
  • Firewall Management: Proficient in configuring and managing Palo Alto (or similar) firewalls.
  • Telephony Experience: Experience with Cisco and Teams telephony systems.
  • Virtualization: Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Wi-Fi Design: Design, implement, and support Wi-Fi infrastructure.
