The Role


• Formulate and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy to elevate eCommerce sales and improve brand recognition.


• Supervise the management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a smooth and effective customer experience.


• Implement initiatives to refine website design, user experience (UX), and customer pathways to boost conversion rates.


• Generate Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports to clearly communicate performance metrics, insights, and strategic action plans, with a keen focus on optimizing marketing expenditures.


• Analyze sales metrics to discern trends, predict demand, and enhance inventory management.


• Develop and implement a thorough SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and visibility.


• Conduct keyword analysis and optimize website content, including articles, product descriptions, and metadata.


• Monitor and evaluate SEO effectiveness.


• Stay informed about the latest SEO developments and algorithm updates.


• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and retain clientele.


• Create segmentation strategies to tailor email content for various audience groups.


• Assess campaign performance and modify strategies for enhanced engagement and conversion rates.

About You


• Proven experience in digital marketing within the fashion/apparel sector


• Extensive digital marketing background, preferably in a fashion retail eCommerce context, with hands-on experience in Paid Search, SEO, Affiliate, Paid Social, and Display Advertising channels.


• Strong grasp of digital marketing KPIs, with the capability to extract insights and translate them into actionable plans.


• Ability to think strategically and identify both opportunities and challenges for the brand.


• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, focused on cultivating high-performing teams.


• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting ideas to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
