Key Responsibilities

Your passion for culinary arts will shine as you delight our guests:

  • You will oversee daily food preparation, crafting exquisite dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our renowned afternoon tea. This includes supervising and mentoring a team of Commis Chefs alongside the Senior Chef de Partie, or in their absence; participating in menu development while managing food costs and recipes; and training and nurturing other kitchen staff to ensure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.
  • Occasionally, guests may have specific dietary needs, off-menu requests, or special celebrations. Many of these requests will be expertly handled by our Culinary Specialist.
