- You will oversee daily food preparation, crafting exquisite dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our renowned afternoon tea. This includes supervising and mentoring a team of Commis Chefs alongside the Senior Chef de Partie, or in their absence; participating in menu development while managing food costs and recipes; and training and nurturing other kitchen staff to ensure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.
