About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team as a Trainee Culinary Specialist. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to our high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes to brand specification, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop their culinary skills. You may already be a kitchen assistant looking to progress or have an interest in cooking. If not, that's okay - we will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.
