About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
  • Conduct reactive repairs to lighting and power distribution systems.
  • Service and repair motors, pumps, and fan coil units.
  • Undertake electrical AP duties in line with NHS SHTM regulations.
  • Competently operate BMS control systems.
  • Maintain asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports.
  • Participate in an on-call rota providing 24/7 cover to the facilities.
  • Report accidents and incidents as necessary.
  • Provide support and assistance to other RFM personnel on site.

About You

  • Qualified tradesman or extensive experience in property maintenance.
  • SQA Certificate in electrical installation parts one and two (or approved equivalent).
  • Experience in electrical power distribution systems and lighting systems.
  • Experience in HVAC control systems.
  • Valid UK driving license.
