About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with the supervision and development of branch staff
  • Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the branch
  • Participate in promotional events and activities to increase branch exposure
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Travel Consultant
  • Proven sales record and excellent sales skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
