About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Advisor to join our team at Adecco. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations in the sales complex, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
  • Achieve qualified sales reservations and meet/exceed sales targets, efficiently managing reservations through to contract exchange and legal completion.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to handle sales progression, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's products and services, effectively promoting them to clients and driving sales growth.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in New Homes or Property Sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple sales progression simultaneously.
  • IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, and email systems.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
