The Role

We're seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our team in York. As a Bus Driver, you'll be responsible for safely transporting passengers across the city, while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to passenger queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including punctuality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving licence, with a minimum of 6 months' experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
  • A patient and safe driving style, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
