Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to ensure projects are being delivered safely
  • Produce RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and oversee subcontractors
  • Engage with subcontractors and report any issues
  • Develop and deliver toolbox talks on common occurrences

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
  • 2 years of construction experience
  • Willingness to travel to Luton and around the South East for site visits
  • Full UK Driver's license
  • Commitment to continuous development and career progression
