We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team at Salcombe Harbour Hotel. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a quality food and beverage outlet
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for customer excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
