Support a Client with Multiple Sclerosis

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team and provide care and support to a lady with multiple sclerosis in her own home.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 15 hours a week, with a flexible zero-hours contract or permanent contract available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the client with her clinical needs, including her PEG feed
  • Encourage the client to engage in activities such as playing games or reading
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the client

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature

  • Good communication skills
