Financial Accountant

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including the Group P&L and Balance Sheet
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures across the organization
- Prepare statutory accounts under IFRS and liaise with auditors
- Liaise with tax advisers to ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and implement cost budgeting and reporting processes
- Conduct investment appraisals and track return on investment
- Manage cash flow and optimize financial resources
- Prepare shareholder and bank reports, ensuring compliance with loan note agreements
- Identify areas for operational and financial performance improvement through analysis
- Prepare regulatory reports
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with strong technical skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Ability to make clear decisions
