About the Role
The Senior Copywriter is a key member of our creative team, responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the daily operations of the copy function, ensuring timely and effective delivery of creative assets.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive creative excellence and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service and communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing/advertising, with a strong background in copywriting and team leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work that drives results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, and targeting.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
