Job Summary:

Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Manager to join their team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring tenancies are sustained, and properties are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including rent collection, maintenance, and repairs
  • Assist in overall management duties, including tenant communication and conflict resolution
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Deal with maintenance issues, including quotes and repairs, to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Negotiate tenancy renewals to ensure long-term tenancies
  • Ensure all legal compliance issues are met, including health and safety regulations
  • Book end-of-tenancy checkouts and deal with deposit returns and any deductions
  • Arrange safety certificates and ensure regular communication with clients

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of property management experience
  • Experience with CFP would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and deal with any issues efficiently
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Good time management and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage own diary
  • Excellent team player

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • End-of-year bonus
  • Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
