About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mortgage and Protection Administrator Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Mortgage Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Mortgage Advisers, including preparing reports, scheduling client appointments, and updating client files.
  • Prepare client packs, research, applications, and documents required for client meetings.
  • Maintain client files in line with company guidelines and standards.
  • Submit mortgage and protection applications with various lenders/providers, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Ensure all necessary information is on file and liaise with relevant companies/departments to resolve any outstanding queries.
  • Assist the business as and when required in various tasks upon request, including meeting and greeting clients, answering and dealing with incoming enquiries.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience working within the Financial Services sector.
  • Good GCSE grades in English & Maths.
  • Desirable: degree qualified within a Financial discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the use of IT: Microsoft Word/Excel.
