We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our dynamic Lettings team in Bolton. As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
