Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at L&Q. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains a strong compliance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor compliance with L&Q policy responsibilities in relation to Fire Risk Management, Security Management, Water Management & Asbestos Management.
- Provide support to the Compliance & Building Services team and work closely with Compliance Managers and Contract Co-ordinators.
- Manage data relating to compliance and advise the Compliance & Casework Team Leader on any failures to meet requirements.
- Provide regular performance management reports and work with the team to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience in fast-paced working environments.
- Strong use of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact with internal and external customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience of using MS Office suite.
- Good knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
