Job Title: Early Years Instructor

Join our team of passionate professionals at Ultimate Activity Camps as an Early Years Instructor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging activities to our young campers.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as an Early Years Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities that cater to the needs and interests of our 4-5 year old campers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for our young campers.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of our campers at all times, adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our Early Years Leader to maintain a high-quality provision for our campers.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new campers into your group and liaising with parents as necessary.
  • Supervise and engage with campers outside of activity times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children aged 4-5 in a sport, art, or education setting.
  • Confident instructor, able to adjust delivery and structure according to age and ability.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible, team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
