Are you a seasoned statistician with a passion for HIV research? Do you have a strong background in clinical trials and data analysis? We're seeking a talented Statistics Director to join our team at ViiV Healthcare, a global leader in HIV treatment and prevention.

About the Role

As a Statistics Director, you will be responsible for leading the statistical aspects of our clinical trials and data analysis projects. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement statistical strategies, analyze data, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement statistical strategies for clinical trials and data analysis projects
  • Lead the statistical aspects of clinical trials, including study design, data analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data analysis plans
  • Communicate results to stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and external partners
  • Provide statistical expertise and guidance to project teams
Requirements
  • Masters in Statistics or Biostatistics, or PhD in Statistics or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in statistics, including clinical trials and data analysis
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
