Court of Protection Solicitor/Legal Executive/Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive/Associate to join our Court of Protection team in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on Court of Protection matters, including applications to the court, deputyship administration, and investigating and reinstating the incapacitated person's estate.
About the Role:- Provide expert advice and guidance on Court of Protection matters
- Deal with applications to the court, including making applications to appoint replacement trustees
- Manage deputyship clients with complex care needs and significant assets
- Supervise and mentor more junior members of staff
- Manage technical legal support on files of other fee-earners

Requirements:- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with STEP accreditation
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within our team
- Passion for Court of Protection work
- Excellent communication skills, impeccable spelling and grammar, and proficiency with Microsoft packages, including Excel and PowerPoint
