About the Role:
Niche Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a full-scale marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including lead generation and customer engagement.
- Create high-quality content for the website, social media, and internal communications.
- Oversee social media management and performance metrics.
- Coordinate SEO and SEM efforts with external partners to enhance online visibility.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor key marketing performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure all marketing practices comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- ~1-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a relevant role.
- ~ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- ~ Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
