Job Title: Assistant EducatorWe are seeking a highly motivated and caring Assistant Educator to join our dynamic team at N Family Club Chertsey. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of our educational ethos and curriculum, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for children.
- Implement daily routines and activities, ensuring a smooth transition between key periods, such as sleep times, mealtimes, and outings.
- Assist in planning and preparing innovative learning experiences that challenge children's learning and development.
- Contribute to the completion of high-quality assessments and planning for children within your care.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the day.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, including safeguarding and child welfare.
- A competitive salary of GBP 23,800 - GBP 25,000 per year.
- A performance-related bonus of up to GBP 750 per year.
- A choice of a 4-day 36 hour week or the classic 5 day 40 hour week.
- Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
