Heels & Brogues Group is partnering with a leading client to strengthen their team of Commercial Heating Engineers in the North East of England.

We are in search of a proficient Industrial Gas Technician who will take charge of servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial gas systems across various client sites.


Position:
Commercial Heating Engineer

Location:
North East of England

Salary:
£45,000

Benefits for the Commercial Heating Engineer:

* 22 days of leave, inclusive of public holidays

Additional Benefits:

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday (38 hours weekly)
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • Weekend availability required
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years in gas-related roles (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on commercial and industrial gas systems to ensure their safe and efficient operation.
  • Install, repair, and service gas equipment in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Follow safety protocols during the installation and maintenance of gas systems, while maintaining accurate records of all activities.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providing updates on maintenance tasks and addressing any concerns regarding gas system performance.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies such as gas leaks or system failures, executing emergency protocols to minimize risks and ensure safety.
Qualifications:
  • Valid gas qualifications.
  • Expertise in Commercial Gas Engineer Installations.
  • Experience working on diverse job sites.
