Key Responsibilities:

* Review and report performance against agreed budgets and forecasts, and develop action plans to meet objectives.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and group accounting procedures, taking corrective action when necessary.
* Act as a business partner to site cost centre managers, supporting them in managing overheads.
* Complete the sites budget and monthly forecasting processes.
* Take ownership of standard product costing, providing financial support for the development of new products.
* Support and liaise with project leads regarding capital reporting and forecasting.
* Conduct site prime and overhead performance analysis and period-end reporting.
* Maintain robust financial control by managing the site asset register and ensuring timely capitalization, disposal, and asset verification.
* Conduct periodic balance sheet reconciliation reviews.
* Supervise and support the offshore team, providing development training and acting as the first point of contact.
